Person(s) need to be team player but at the same time able to manage their own priorities and workload SHOULD have prior ex with production support roles, , escalations, prioritization and ticketing systems NICE TO HAVE capital markets app exp along with the urgency of such an environment Three interviews: One with HR and one technical and one with the end client. ALL three may be on the phone but the first two for sure. Candidate will go through a background check and then fingerprinting.
