Face to face may be required.* *DESCRIPTION:* - Writes, edits, and revises technical content to support a suite of products consumed by a System Administrator audience. - Retrieves, organizes, analyzes and synthesizes intermediate subject matter and transforms it into easy-to-understand information. - Creates software product documentation, which includes installation, upgrade, and configuration/usage workflows, best practices, and procedures, conceptual overviews, implementation scenarios, and other technical publications such as technical advisories and release notes. - Demonstrates self-initiative, seeks assistance as needed. Follows standard practices and uses judgment within defined practices and procedures. - Implements work plans and schedules as assigned. - Uses software tools appropriately with technical guidance and completes tasks and assignments with general direction. - Able to work closely with a lead writer and work across geographies. - Job is on-site.
