Supports 24 X 7 X 365 operations in a three shift environment Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned *Qualifications:* Monitor and coordinate job input, execution and output in a UNIX/AIX & Windows environment utilizing IBM Tivoli TWS Monitor system and application backups across all platforms Work very closely with development staff to resolve batch processing issues Work very closely with system administrators to resolve system issues Monitor network, applications and database environment through use of automated software packages Work with technical development and database staff to resolve or escalate problem situations Perform special processing when requested and run systems maintenance jobs for technical staff Monitor input, execution and output of print operations The candidate will need to be very reliable with excellent communication skills 5+ years experience in a highly automated data center environment This position will be day shift hours with requirement to work every other weekend and holidays.
