Efficiently driving product quality and promoting leading industry best practices meeting QA department goals and objectives. Be the face of the QA organization through all phases of the SDLC and closely collaborate with other stakeholders. Implement ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams. Develop and manage QA metrics for performance improvement of all teams. *Qualifications* 5+ years of QA experience is required. Proven experience in automated test tools (Microsoft Test Manager, QTP, Coded UI Framework, etc.) is required. Experience in QA lead, supervisory, or managerial role required.
