The position is responsible for the development and delivery of its Account
Receivable (AR) system within the Prospect Lifecycle System. They will be
responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, integration,
and custom development of implementation. This opportunity will help define
standards and best practices, and have oversight over third party vendors
to ensure consistent high quality deliverables.
This position reports directly to the Head of Engineering and requires
close interaction with the product management team, QA team, architecture
team, and product vendors.
Required experience and knowledge
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Software Engineer delivering
web-based solutions utilizing the following technologies:
o Microsoft Dynamics AX (2009 and 2012)
o X++ Programming with MorphX IDE
o Microsoft SharePoint
o SSIS and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for Dynamics AX
o Dynamics AX Enterprise Portal Development / C# Web Parts
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Software Engineer delivering
web-based solutions utilizing the following technologies:
o Microsoft .Net (2.0/3.5/4.0)
o Web Services (SOAP)
o Database (SQL Server 2008R2/2010)
Experience with .NET Business Connector, AIF, Services a plus.
Must have solid understanding of database concepts and be
comfortable with writing ad-hoc DB queries
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills are required.
Familiarity with development tools including Microsoft Studio
Experience with version control software such as CVS or SVN
Experience with both traditional SDLC and Agile best practices
Experience working on large-scale, enterprise level projects
Understanding of SOA Infrastructure
Working knowledge of ETL concepts, actual experience a plus
Comfortable working within motivated timeframes
Demonstrated ability to thrive in an unstructured environment
Excellent teamwork skills and collaboration abilities
Strong written/verbal communication skills.
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally 10% of the time
