Job Description:
- *Experience:*
- Ideally 7 to 8 years. (Till now our onsite coordinators have had
skills of 10+ years)
- *Technical Skills:*
- Good Knowledge of Middleware, particularly Tuxedo
- Strong C++ experience and additionally has knowledge of Core Java,
The project is currently in a phase where the existing C++ code is being
migrated to Java. Hence core Java knowledge is also required.
- *Soft Skills:*
- Since this is a client facing role, candidate with experience in
client interface is desirable
- Experience in working in Onsite/Offshore model.
- Handling offshore team of about 8-9
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- One of these SO's I think can be used. Suggest using the one with
higher number.
