Job Requirements: Must Haves:
· Demonstrated experience documenting business requirements
· Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements gathering
sessions for business and system analysis
· Demonstrated experience operating as a Scrum Master
· Ability to document meeting minutes
· Ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous tasks
· Ability to lead teams to self-organization
· Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, team
environment with application developers, testers, business partners and
project managers
· Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively (verbally
and in writing) with technical and user staff
Nice to Haves:
· Demonstrated experience designing screen mockups
· Demonstrated experience working on development projects utilizing
agile/iterative development techniques
· Demonstrated experience developing and following test plans
- Experience working for a government agency
