Resource should be able to strongly influence design decisions on the project. Responsible for Production Implementation during release and support post release warranty Work closely and partner with the SA,QA , Production support teams and Client management *ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED* Websphere Process Server - Design & development skills on various WPS features like Short Running / Long Running Processes, Mediation Modules, Human Tasks & Adapters. Should also have strong understanding & troubleshooting skills on Business Process Choreographer, Failed Event Manager, Core Java/J2EE skills (advanced Level), WAS, WSAD, SOA, Web services, XML, XSLT, DB2, Need strong knowledge of writing/understanding complex database queries , SDLC knowledge Knowledge on BPM (Business Process Management) 8.0 is additional advantage. WPS development Experience – Min 5 Years. Core Java Experience : 5+ Years Websphere Process Server development experience with J2EE background is preferred Secondary : Domain Knowledge - Healthcare *NONESSENTIAL SKILLS DESIRED* 1.
