*Job Description:* Experience with conducting System study, analyze business requirements and volumetric details and identify non-functional requirements Translate the requirements into performance test cases and scenarios Take ownership and drive preparation of Test environment and Test Data Prepare and review of Performance Test Strategy and Test Plans Good experience with the performance testing and monitoring tools like HP Loadrunner, QA Load, Neoload, CA Wily Introscope, Keynotes Experience or knowledge of Java J2EE is desired to do code level analysis is an added advantage Experience with the creation of automated performance test scripts using the test tools Design end to end Performance, Stress, Load, Capacity Tests for the application. Experience with using Wily Introscope and various other monitoring tools to capture live and historical data for performance analysis and root cause analysis Experience with monitoring of the live servers, tracking and providing platform health reports for various statistics like Response Times of components, GC Heap, Threads, Connections, CPU, Memory etc Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams in assigning the tasks, reviewing the work and driving the deliverables Interact with the client point of contact and provide regular Status updates, Issue resolution, highlight and escalate issues and Coordinate with all the project stakeholders for issue resolution.
