Kforce Government Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer Senior (*Oracle*
*Developer*) for our client located in San Antonio, TX to perform the
following duties:
* Design, develop, and maintain web and database applications, write
advanced stored procedures and SQL queries, ability to design and
develop enterprise level applications, ability to maintain applications and
database servers to ensure stable environments for web and database
applications
* As a member of the team will focus on design and development work that
covers the entire spectrum of Human Resource processing
* Primary focus of this job is to develop applications for HR and Self
Service transaction processing using modern development tools including PL
SQL databases, *Oracle* forms and reports
* Candidate will design, code, test, debug, and document various
applications that support HR transaction processing including employee
self-service applications
Must be able to perform the following:
* Analyze and study complex system design and development requirements
* Manage software development and support using formal specifications,
functional requirement documentation, data flow diagrams, other accepted
design techniques, and Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools
* Interpret software requirements and design specifications to code, and
integrate and test software
* Use *Oracle* Work Flow, *Oracle* Forms 6i / 9i, Report 6i / 9i,
JDeveloper9i / 10g, and other *Oracle* software tools to support the
development of code for various software applications
* Experience with *Oracle* PL/SQL, *Oracle* forms, *Oracle* reports is a
must. Other experience might include *Oracle* Application Framework, Java,
*Oracle* e-Business Suite, PVCS, Quality Center, JDeveloper, SQLPlus, JSP,
Unix scripting
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or
equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional
experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's
degree
