*Summary:*Java Developer with strong Server Side Java experience in a
Unix/Linux/Windows cloud environment for our Cloud Development and
Deployment team.
This individual must possess recent server-side Java experience,
comfortable with UNIX, Linux, Windows, Vi, Cron, & Git, and able to
troubleshoot existing code that is heavily integrated with other cloud
based applications / APIs.
Focus on solution design, development and of a hybrid cloud solution.
With supervision as required from an Enterprise Architect, Cloud Architect,
or Lead Developer, provide technical expertise in design, development,
testing and debugging.
Work with team members as needed to scope, design, develop, test and refine
developed solutions, while working closely with the Development Team /
Project Manager to escalate any out-of-scope items and project delays.?
Architect, build and deploy highly-scalable systems, libraries, and
integration frameworks
Develop required integrations leveraging an API driven methodology
*Job Requirements:*
5 years of Java experience with custom development
Solid foundation in object-oriented methodologies, relational databases and
data modeling?- Experience deploying enterprise software systems using
industry standard environments including *XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, Flex, ASP,
**JavaScript and Web Services (including SOAP, XML, XML Schema, JSON, open
APIs and/or REST)*
Experience in Java programming?- Experience in Unix / Linux / Windows
command line and scripting?- Technical acumen to translate requirements
into detailed, modular and extensible designs
A customer advocate with excellent listening skills to fully understand
customer requirements and pain points
Proven presentation and communication skills?- Strong analytical skills and
the ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and in a
team?
Autonomy in the overall development lifecycle (Business Process design,
documentation, testing strategy
