Role: HR Enterprise Architect

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 6+ months



The ideal candidate must have the following:

·         Related experience in HR business processes and industry patterns.

·         Background knowledge in strategy, implementation and deployment
of any major HR business applications such as SAP HR, Workday, Oracle Human
Resources, etc.

·         At least 8  years relevant experience with enterprise technology
in large-scale environments.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·         At least six years of experience in the role of technical
architect for technologies including JAVA architecture, Web applications,
Portal applications, etc.

·         Deep expertise in B2B, C2C Integration options, User Provisioning
and Identity Management (IDM) scenarios.

·         This is not a SAP skill position, but experience in a SAP
environment will be helpful.



Critical technical skills needed for the position include:

·         Enterprise architect, who has experience across multiple
platforms and tools(eg: Java, Front end development etc),  with 12 plus
years of work exp

o   HR domain knowledge, should have worked in at least 2 HR implementation
, preferably in workday or similar HCM solutions

o    Experience with integrating HCM application such as workday using web
services , web methods etc to SAP system
