Title: Business Analyst posted on 2014-04-01 10:28:23 Job Description:*Business Analyst, Locations are: Dallas, TX & Tampa, FL* The Program and Project Support team is responsible for managing the definition and effective use of processes, governance, tools, education, metrics and reports that support the execution of all IT programs and projects at DTCC. In addition, this department provides deep knowledge of all the tools, processes, and data required to effectively support the IT portfolio of spend, including programs and projects. Finally, this team maintains integrated data and process models in support of the functions it owns. The Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring the operational efficacy and excellence of specific DTCC business and technology processes. In doing so, a Business Analyst has primary responsibility for understanding business requirements and for the translation of these requirements into bespoke IT software or platform solution specifications. In addition, a Business Analyst will master the use of software tools and processes for modeling integrated data, processes, and requirements. Furthermore, a Business Analyst is expected to identify and understand the pertinent issues and data challenges of a client's organization and business and to ensure they are addressed in any designed solution or proposal.
