Title: Sr. Software Tester (QA) ( Need Local to MO) posted on 2014-04-01 12:11:33 Job Description: Major Accountabilities: -Provide support to the existing Customer Operations Service teams on Level 2 & 3 issues. -Troubleshoot, identify root cause and resolve complex problems related to the MasterCard Digital Enablement System including coordination across multiple development and support teams. -Participate in a production support rotation schedule. -Serve as a liaison between the Development and Customer Operations Service Teams to ensure smooth handoff and timely delivery of software -Drive problem resolution and develop work around solutions. -Provide post implementation release support. -Communicate release updates to business and management teams. -Excellent technical troubleshooting skills. -Ability to provide premier technical assistance to both internal and external clients. -Participate in Change Management activities. -Serve as a liaison to Web and Network Operations Team. Job Requirements: Knowledge/Experience -UNIX experience. (UNIX scripting is beneficial). -SQL experience (Oracle Preferred). -Experience in delivering Digital/e-commerce applications is strongly preferred. -Broad understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies is required. Required Skills -Ability to be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive and able to function under pressure in an independent environment along with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results. -Strong communication (both verbal and written), relationship, collaboration and organizational skills.
