*Detailed job description: *

*1.       Good working knowledge of the Dynamics CRM platform, specifically
the new 2013 release, and also prior versions - ideally 2011.  The
candidate should possess a deep understanding of the following:*

*a.       Creating custom views / dashboards *

*b.      System entities and their relationships *

*c.       CRM form designer and it's capabilities*

*d.      Creating custom entities and fields; choosing the right data types
for the fields*

*e.      Setting up relationships between entities and the impact of
relationship type choice*

*f.        Configuration of email sending capabilities in CRM in
conjunction with the CRM Email router*

*g.       CRM security *

*                 i.      Roles*

*                  ii.      Teams*

*                 iii.      Permission definitions*



*h.      Deep Understanding of the CRM SDK*

*i.      Know the various methods available to access CRM data
programmatically if needed *

*           1.        Strongly typed / generic *

*           2.        SOAP and REST *

*ii.      Know the CRM request execution pipeline*

*iii.      Know how plugins / workflows participate in the execution
pipeline*

*     iv.      Know the CRM 2013 'actions' *

*           v.      Know how to query and use CRM filtered views*

*     vi.      Bulk Insert APIs*

*  vii.      JavaScript form scripting*



*2.       Foundational development experience*

*a.       .NET Framework*

*b.      WCF / Web Services*

*c.       HTML / JavaScript*

*3.       Good communication and documentation skills*

*4.       Experience working in a support role*

*5.       Trouble shooting skills - *

*a.       Looking at server event logs , etc to research failures*

*b.      Specifically as it relates to CRM deployment failures,
