*Job Title: SQL Reporting Developer (No H1B)Location: Dayton, OHDuration: 8 MonthsCandidates must be non-tobacco users. * Operational Reporting Analyst Overview: Develop reporting that meets the information needs of the organization. Work with the business areas to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement that impact performance, quality, and/or profit through the delivery of business intelligence, analysis and/or reporting. Assist in the verification of data utilized by the organization for delivering business intelligence. Operational Reporting Analyst Job Responsibilities: Develop routine operational/analytical reports as needed. Conduct examination and explanation of complex data relationships that answer questions identified either within the department or by other departments. Generate graphics that effectively describe, explore and summarize analysis for communication to appropriate parties. Incorporate critical thinking skills and judgment in the process to determine best course of action for each inquiry/problem. Investigation of data that shows a pattern or indicates a significant variation from expected. Perform any other job related instructions as requested, with reasonable accommodation.
