Collaborate with business partners to define and document requirements for digital content 2. Create, manage and prioritize a backlog of user stories 3. Review and approve digital content 4. Maintain project plans, content matrices, process flows and in take documents 5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills 6. Ability to publish content within an enterprise content management system 7. Ability to lead, direct and positively influence the work of others *Education and Experience:* - Bachelor's degree in related field preferred - Three (3) to five (5) years of digital content experience *Other Skills and Abilities:* 1. Experiencing working in an Agile development environment 2. Full understanding of the content lifecycle and content strategy best practices 3. Working knowledge of digital marketing strategy, industry trends and user behavior 4. Familiarity with customer and user experience best practices 5. Extreme attention to detail 6. Ability to analyze and improve content management processes 7. Excellent written and oral communication skills 8. Other related skills as necessary 9.
