Title: Enterprise Data Architect posted on 2014-05-02 08:22:09 Job Description:The Wisconsin Provider Management (WPM) project is developing an integrated system for provider management at the Department of Health Services (DHS). DHS currently has over 50 systems that collect provider information, but they do not share data with one another. This project aims to develop a single, department-wide system for provider management. We expect the implementation of the new system to take three years. The process will involve gathering technical requirements, configuring architecture, documenting, and training. We need a skilled technical lead to support the project during this implementation. He or she will be responsible for all technical analysis and technical project deliverables. This technical lead needs to work with the project manager and must have both project management and technical analysis skills. He or she will analyze functional requirements and provide technical solutions as well as coordinate all technical works. The technical lead will work with the project manager on the technical schedule.
