My name is *Ajay*, we have a job opportunity for you as *Technical Support Representative *one of our client based at *Louisville, KY. * *Title: Technical Support Representative* *Location:* *Louisville, KY.* *Duration: 8+ Months* *Start Date:* *ASAP* *Job Description*: - Technical Support Representatives within the Voice Architecture Group. - As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the clients Work At Home associates by taking call within an enterprise environment and recording/reviewing tickets. - This specific project will be focused around setting up work at home users with a product called Aruba. - This product is tied into wireless technologies and you would be responsible for assisting with this setup. - Any exposure to Aruba or wireless technologies is a plus but is not expected. - You will be working with several work at home users to set up appointments to configure Aruba. - The team is made up of 7 other employees and between the seven people they will field around 500 - 700 appointments a month.
