I have Urgent Job Opportunity for you with my Client “TCS(Tata Consultancy Services)” going to implement this Project to their End Client. *Positions : **Plant Modeling and Hardware In the Loop (HIL) Development * *Location : * *Warren MI Durations: 12 month* *Required Skills:* · BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls Systems Engineering · 3-4 years automotive experience · Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Matlab/Simulink modeling · Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in model development (algorithm modeling, plant modeling) · Two years’ experience with Hardware-In-the-Loop system (HIL) development (preferably dSpace HIL). This includes plant model integration, testing, and creating test automation. · Understanding of Vehicle Dynamics modeling (e.g. CarSim, VeDyna, ASM) preferred (not required) Desirable : · Model development for Chassis Controls / Active Safety HIL test benches for integration testing · Vehicle Dynamics and Power train Model integration, adaptation, and parameterization for closed loop vehicle integration testing · Implement special roads, and create maneuvers in support of GM Enhanced Safety requirements and integration with vehicle dynamics and traffic simulation models · Integration with Hardware-In-the-Loop system.
