*Duration:* 6+ Months Interview type: F2F Need to have 13 years of experience Short Description: OCTO is seeking a FileNet/DataCap Program Manager to establish a practice area, based on the latest ECM toolsets, to support the District’s ECM standard, IBM FileNet and IBM Datacap Document Capture. Complete Description: Since 2007, OCTO has established IBM FileNet as the enterprise content management application standard for the District of Columbia, alongside the Office of the Secretary within the Executive Office of the Mayor. Currently, OCTO supports this standard with Kofax document capture technology. Currently, the latest versions of IBM FileNet with IBM Datacap document capture is viewed by Gartner and Forrester Research as the best ECM Suite on the market. OCTO seeks a PMP certified Program Manager to help lead its upgrade in service offering to agencies across the DC Government. The Program Manager will pilot OCTO’s FileNet/DataCap hosted services at the Department of Employment Services, where an upgrade from Panagon to P8 is planned, as well as an enterprise-wide back-file data conversion is ongoing. The Program Manager will gather requirements for the conversion of the back-file data to the P8 repository as well as gather requirements for the migration from the Panagon platform, with its existing workflows to the P8 platform. Specific DOES Program responsibilities include: 1. Manage and maintain uptime for the proposed FileNet Environment after upgrade, and will manage and perform work on the current architecture. 2. Working alongside DOES to understand the DataCap impact on its environment. 3. Using the information in #2 to then assess the Panagon instance and provide analysis for DOES/OCTO approval, on what is required for the migration. Hands on experience is a must.
