Hands on experience in designing and coding Datastage ETL
Good understanding of RDBMS & DWH concepts.
Experienced in writing complex SQL queries.
3-5 years experience
ii. Skills: Datastage
*2) Ruby on Rails Web Developer*
*Location: Sunnyvale, CA*
*6+Months*
*Requirement Detail : *
• Ruby on Rails with Web app dev (web server software and web UI
developer)
• Overall 7-8 yrs + experience in Web Application & UI Development
• Of which at least 2-3+ years developing solutions using Ruby on Rails
V3 onwards(Active Record, good familiarity with available gems + plugins
etc.)
• Development experience on MySQL database
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JSON, JavaScript and Ajax
• Experience in MVC and Restful service oriented architectures
• Development experience on Linux servers
• Understanding of Openssl/https
*3) Position Title: Senior WebSphere Commerce Developer*
*Location: Richmond, VA*
*Duration: 6 Months Contract*
*Interview: Tel + F2F*
Will be Supporting both their B2B and B2C sites on the WebSphere Commerce
7.0 platform.
*Qualifications:*
• A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or a equivalent
experience/training
• Expert knowledge of WebSphere Commerce design, workflow, techniques
and best practices.
• Experience packaging and deploying Java applications using WebSphere
Application Server.
• Strong understanding of the WCS run-time framework, WCS EJB, and Web
Services.
• Demonstrated expert knowledge in one IDE (ie. Eclipse)
• Demonstrated expert knowledge in Java and at least one Java framework
(ie. Spring)
• Experience in application architecture, design, development, testing,
implementation and documentation of web based applications using Java.
• Experience in J2EE architecture and development including Servlets,
EJBs, JMS, and JSP, web services, XML processing tools, JavaScript and HTML.
• Demonstrated advanced knowledge in building, debugging and
maintaining mission critical enterprise applications.
• Experience in a wide range of development activities encompassing
requirements analysis, design specification, translating business
requirements, requirements-driven test cases, and enterprise-level software
deployment and installation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a global team
Demonstrated knowledge in multiple software development disciplines (i.e.
Agile)
• Experience with multiple Websphere products including WebSphere
Commerce, WebSphere ESB, WebSphere Message Broker and WebSphere Portal,
and IBM Rational Application Developer
• Experience with WebSphere Commerce subsystems including Catalog,
Command, Order and Marketing subsystems.
• Experience with application development for Websphere Commerce
version 7.0 and above
• Experience with Oracle Databases and DB2
• Experience with dataload and stageprop along with experience
customizing Management Center
• Any experience with SOLR or Endeca is preferred
