*Responsibilities and Expectations *
Lead requirement gathering with end users
Design, develop and deploy new OLAP cubes, reports and dashboards
Maintain and modify existing OLAP cubes, reports & scorecards
Design and develop complex Framework manager packages for ad-hoc
reporting and report authoring
Provide installation, configuration and ongoing technical support
for Cognos 8 environment
Troubleshoot performance related issues for reports, Framework
Manager Packages
*Qualifications and Requirements *
5-7 years of professional experience using Cognos BI tools
3+ years of data modeling experience using Framework Manager
utilizing star schema and conformed dimensions
1+ years of database experience with Oracle
Must have advanced SQL query writing & optimization experience
Must have strong understanding of advanced report building
techniques based on relational & OLAP sources
Professional experience using Cognos SDK .Net. is a plus
Exposure to IBM Cognos Now! Product is a plus
Salary: DOE
