If you are comfortable with requirement send your resume to [email protected] Location: Indianapolis Contract: Long term Required Skills: Must have at least 3 year's experience with manual BI/DW QA testing Must have at least 2 years experience with Automated testing including experience with QTP or similar tool Experience with black box testing and understanding of best practices Experience testing Business Intelligence/ETL initiatives Experience with HP Quality Center Experience taking a totally manual test environment and help lead the implementation of test automation strongly desired Must be fluent with the development and execution of advanced SQL queries used in the verification of complex data manipulation processes including unions, inner, outer joins, etc. VB Scripting skills Must have experience creating a test plan from scratch Experience designing and executing test cases and scripts Must have experience creating and identifying test data required to execute test cases and interact with project team members to ensure the data is available Strong attention to detail and proven experience validating data for accuracy Ideal candidate would have experience performing QA testing functions on databases, data loads, data mining, and nightly data verifications Experience and strong familiarity with QA testing within an Waterfall development methodology Must feel comfortable interfacing with all parties on project team daily including PMs, developers, business stakeholders in daily team meetings Must be vocal and proactive on assigned projects including seeking out tasks and contributing without prompt on team/project discussions Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working in an environment where requirements can change through out the project thus changing test cases and being comfortable and flexible with such change Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
