Role: Sr.Teradata Consultant
Location : Seattle , WA
Duration: 12+ Month
*Job Description:*
* 6-7 years of Teradata DBA experience
* 2-3 years of experience as a Lead DBA / Teradata Architect
* 9-10 years of total experience on Teradata
* Minimum 2 years experience on Teradata 13 and must have used all
Teradat 13 features
* Should have knowledge on Teradata 14
* Must be expert in Teradata architecture
* Retail Industry experience is highly desirable
* Experience in administering ADW environment
* Must be expert with all Teradata DBA utilities (TASM, ViewPoint,
Teradata Administrator, Index Wizard, Statistics Wizard, TSET)
* Must be expert in all Teradata utilities (TPT, TPUMP, MLoad,
FastLoad, FastExport, and BTEQ)
* Tuning experience (System tuning, proactive / reactive SQL tuning)
* Experience in Teradata Multi System Manager, Unity Ecosystem
Manager, Data Mover, configuring disaster recovery, BAR and Arcmain
* Must be good with Data Warehousing concepts
* Prior exposure to Big Data is a plus.Independent, Self Starter,
Ability to lead and deliver technical solutions as a problem solver
and idea generator
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
