Requirement :  SAP Sucessfactor TM (Talent Management) Consultant
Location : Houston,TX
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description
·   Responsible for recommending and driving solutions in the
Successfactor  TM space for clients.
·   Responsible for creating design strategy documents, implementation road
map.
·   Should be a Successfactor Talent Management expert with deep technical,
functional and domain knowledge.
·   Should be able to manage/execute implementation of enterprise wide
learning technology projects.
§  Develop a deployment plan to deliver SAP SuccessFactors Talent
Management modules.  This will include management of a pilot deployment to
stakeholders.
§  Execute and track on deployment plan activities.
§  Perform deployment readiness assessments.
§  Maintain deployment execution metrics.
§  Develop and implement a release management strategy for SAP SF TM –
(primarily Succession & Development)
§  Assist with execution of operations readiness and transition activities
·   Stay abreast of current learning technologies and best practices and
explore new trends.

Required Skills
·   6+ years of experience in the Talent Management domain. At least 4
years of experience as Successfactor Talent Management consultant.
·   Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferably in any of the following or
related areas: Computer Science, Education or Training.
·   Certified Successfactor Talent Management professional with expertise
on integrations/migrations using SF connectors.
·    Ability to develop and maintain relationships and work well with all
levels of management.
·   Excellent writing, verbal, presentation and facilitation skills.
·   Ability to prioritize and organize high volume workflow and follow a
project through to completion, ensuring attention to detail, and highest
level of accuracy within required timeframe.
·   High degree of customer focused sensitivity towards customers and
business partners.
·   Team player with demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability
to build effective working relationships throughout all levels of the
organization.
·   Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially
Word, PowerPoint and MS Project.
