Job Description:*Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)*
*Must-Have*· At least one Implementation Experience of PeopleSoft
HCM version 9.0 or higher as “Absence Management” functional or
techno-functional person
· Expert knowledge of Absence Management and should be able to
o Create Functional and Technical design documents
o Create absence take and entitlement
o Use supporting elements to complete configurations
o Work with pay group, element group and eligibility group
o Running Absence Processing
o Review Results and Debug issues
· Integration of Absence Management with other modules*Good-to-Have*·
Organization structure and Core HR set up
· Knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine
