We are looking for a resource for 3 to 6 months to help us with a Telematics solution/project we are rolling out. Please find below the skill requirements for a resource for the Telematics project. Skills: Experience in the configuration of SAP Modules: · Plant Maintenance and Customer Service o Technical objects in PM such as equipment and serial numbers o Preventative maintenance and maintenance plans o Measurement point and counters o Service Notifications, Tasks & Activities · Sales & Distribution o Sales order / Debit Memo Request process o Pricing setup o Billing process and reconciliation Other Skills that are good to have: · Telematics experience · Experience in service and aftermarket business · Writing functional specs and working with development team on technical requirements This component contains the functions for Plant Maintenance. Plant Maintenance comprises the following activities: · Inspection All measures which establish the actual condition of a technical system · Preventive maintenance All measures which maintain the ideal condition of a technical system · Repair All measures which restore the ideal condition of a technical system · Other measures taken using the maintenance organization Customer Service (CS) in IDES The following documentation displays the organization of the Customer Service in IDES as well as the embedding of this service organization into the complete IDES enterprise. Above that, you will get an overview on the characteristics and specifications of the Customer Service module within IDES.
