* Need BI-SQL Server Developer - No H1b - Dallas, TX - 3 Months Contract* *Role: BI/SQL Server DeveloperLocation: Dallas, TXTerm: 3+ month contract (with renewals)* Our client is seeking a BI/SQL Server Developer to deliver a detailed reporting tool which would allow the ability to determine which CONUS warehouse replenished core assortment items can be ordered in larger quantities and in less frequent intervals. The report must have the ability to sort primarily by warehouse, department (group to item level), and vendor/supplier. *BI/SQL Server Developer Responsibilities*: Analyze business requirements; work with business users to clarify requirements and provide users with solutions Design and develop applications (data analysis; database modeling; build databases, tables and cubes; develop ETL (Extract Transform and Load) processes; develop reports; develop dashboards, etc.) Unit test applications; assist users with user acceptance testing Implement applications into production environment Create technical documentation for each application; create user “learn more” documentation Provide user training Provide weekly activity/status reports to both BI and user team. The data sources will be from Teradata, Oracle, SQL, DB2, Excel and flat files.
