SOQL, SOSL, Implementation
*Salesforce Developer Qualifications*
· 10 years of SalesForce Development experience using APEX and
VisualForce.
· Able to provide end to end design recommendations for enhancement
or other changes using ‘best implementation practices’ for the platform.
· Good understanding Governor limits and experience in overcoming
limitations in Saleforce.com.
· Strong experience in development and customizations of
Salesforce.com applications using Visualforce, Apex classes, Apex triggers,
Page Layouts, Workflows, Approval Process, Sharing Rules, Custom Buttons
links.
· Sound experience in Integration of Salesforce.com applications
with external systems using – SOAP and REST Web Services.
· Experience in SalesForce Security Set up using Profiles,
Permission Sets, OWD, Role Hierarchy and Sharing Rules
· Implemented Formula fields, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules,
Workflow Approvals
· Sound experience in creating Custom Apps, Custom Objects, Custom
fields, Applying Sharing Rules, Handling Page Layouts, Search Layouts,
Related List and defining Field Dependencies, custom buttons.
· Hands on experience in writing queries using SOQL and SOSL in
Apex Classes and Triggers.
· Experience in import/export of data using dataloader from legacy
CRM database into salesforce.com.
· Strong experience in generating Reports and Dashboards.
· Experience in deployment from Sandbox to Production using
Force.com Migration Tools like Force.com IDE and Change Sets
· Strong work experience in User Interface Designing, System
Testing, Performance tuning, Go-live support and Post-production support.
· Strong experience in implementation in Java, J2EE applications.
· Sound knowledge in Version control systems like CVS, Subversion,
VSS.
· Using Change sets to manage the deployments to/from Production
and non-Production environments
· Excellent communication Skills, well organized, goal oriented.
· Domain experience in Financial, Health Care, Pharmacy and Retail
Organizations.
