*This is Raghu from ERPandERP...* *We are looking for Test Manager(technical)* *Title : Test Manager(technical) * *Location : San runo, CA* *Duration : 6 Months* Support AB Testing efforts from a Technical perspective. Partner with internal teams on ensuring flawless Pangaea roll out from a Testing perspective. This role will support the Technical changes necessary to facilitate testing & measuring as our technologies evolve, with an emphasis on data capture methodologies. The Manager will be engaged in the integration of multiple platforms, and exposed to emerging, cutting edge technologies. This Manager role will focus on Test planning andTest construction, with the goal of ensuring an extremely high degree of data accuracy that will in turn feed into actionable insights and optimizations. The Manager will interface cross-functionally both with technology and business teams. The Manager is a technical expert in supporting A/B and Multi Variant test environments who is responsible for the advanced support and scaling of the Walmart.com testing program. *Position Description What you will do:* • Supports technical changes needed to create a stable, scalable testing environment. • Ensures accuracy of data captures across testing tools • Test planning and construction • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions and scaling of testing efforts • Effectively partner cross functionally to problem-solve and deliver out of the box solutions to testing questions • Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Site Analytics and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans *Minimum Qualifications* • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science •5 + years of Web development experience Server side programming experience Strong A/B, MVT (multivariate testing ), Site Optimization experience Good communicator: able to bold cross-functional partnerships • Front end skills to include: HTML, CSS and consumer-facing web-site technologies • Understanding of beaconing, instrumentation and tagging front-end *Additional Preferred Qualifications* - Experience managing and scaling a testing environment - Familiarity with a Testing tool such as Test & Target, Optimize, Monetate, SiteSpect - Experience with A/B & Multivariate testing - Analyzing log files & click stream data - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Strong Team player - Comfortable in a fast paced, ever changing environment Regards Raghu ERPandERP 650-918-4408 re...@erpanderp.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
