Needed Profiles ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!! *Title: Hybris BA* *Location: Seattle WA* *Duration: Longterm* - Have strong, proven experience in developing and driving requirements for ecommerce projects (Hybris preferred) and will be a superior conceptual and strategic thinker. - Be able to contribute to use case authoring and requirements modeling that will integrate and drive key project initiatives. - Experience implementing predictive modeling capabilities - Will be highly organized and detail-focused, have solid communication and presentation skills, cross group collaboration experience and assimilate new ideas and information quickly. - Be able to interact effectively with senior-level business managers and executives. - Be a self-starter with the ability to make sound business judgments - Must be able to work effectively across organizational boundaries, and at multiple levels of an organization. - Excellent communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and organizational skills. - In-depth experience with Visio & Excel for business intelligence. - Familiarity with Business and IT Operations workflows. - Experience in Risk Mgmt and Risk Analysis is highly desirable - Ability to identify and/or develop data hierarchy (parent-child relationships for example) Experience in functional consulting and at least 2 years in eCommerce domain Should have been a part of eCommerce implementations in a functional role Proven expertise in requirement gathering and providing sterling solutions Excellent Client interfacing skills with extensive experience in dealing client from countries like US/ India. Experienced in SDLC, UML concepts, creating Data Flow Diagrams, State Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Component Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams & Activity diagrams. Regards...
