Please find the below requirement and let me know if you have any suitable resources.. *Role: Project Manager* *Term of Assignment:. 6 +months Location: Dayton, Ohio* *Interviews: Phone if not local* *Need: GC or Citizen only..* Nature of Work: CareSource New Business Project Management Support​ Top required responsibilities/requirements: Healthcare experience, PMP, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management​ Essential Functions: Lead new system or infrastructure projects from inception/design through implementation. Coordinate system implementations and support production environment across multiple and disparate organizations/business functions Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including business requirements gathering, definition/prioritization, project scope definition, project staffing requirements, application configuration, test approach, training, documentation, report strategy and change management process. Works closely with technical teams in designing and implementing new systems and system enhancements. Manages all resources during the project including internal IT, Business, vendors, contractors, and consultants. Conduct project team meetings to establish and execute on detailed project plans. Insures project milestone deliverables are completed and approved before moving onto the next project phase. Coordinates quality assurance and testing with IT resources during the project. Development and implementation of Project Management framework within IT Drive Project Management framework improvements, setting in place a standard methodology, develop forms, templates, and guidelines on template usage for IT request fulfillment. Maintains project documentation and insure consistency between projects. Works with Client organizations to define project objectives, scope, responsibilities and tasks associated with each project request. Works closely with IT Management to evaluate proposed technology & architecture changes. Identifies areas to consolidate project requests into enterprise wide initiatives. Assist in setting expectations with business process owners and assist the IT organization in establishing project priorities. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science or related field Experience: 3+ years Technical Project Management experience managing complex systems implementations with internal and external resources. Proven experience with project management tools and resolution of open issues. Comprehensive knowledge of project methodology, scheduling, and forecasting skills. Certification/Licensure: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required; or must achieve license/certification within 90 days of hire Technical Skills: Strong Word, Microsoft Project, and Excel skills.
