*Need :Business AnalystLocation :Columbus OhioDuration : 3+ Months* Interview Type: *In Person Only.* Interviews will be *8/12-8/14* *Preferred Education:* 4 year college degree or equivalent and IIBA-certified Business Analyst. *Certifications:* Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) , IIBA certified Business Analyst *Skills: 15 plus years* Experience working with end users to define requirements Experience interviewing non-technical end users to determine and document current business process flows Experience collaborating with supporting resources across business and or functional lines Experience working with user requirements to create clear and verifiable systems requirements Experience conducting joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to clarify business requirements Experience with UML diagrams-business model diagram, process flow flow charts etc, i.e. Visio Diagrams Experience in preparing and editing technical proposals and/or Requests for Proposal/Quote Experience creating/developing technical proposals and/or Requests for Proposals/Quote in the areas of software/application development Excellent communication/interpersonal skills (verbal, written, etc.) Experience in Microsoft Office - Excel, Visio, Word Experience developing and creating State of Ohio Request for Proposals/Quotes (RFP/RPQ)s *Description:*The Business Analyst/Tech Writer will be responsible for the gathering of requirements from multiple business partners and documenting of same for the purpose of generating a Request for Quote (RFQ) and requirements to same. This is a replacement of an existing MS Access/SQL Server/VB 6 information system. It will be rewritten in multiple phases in a web based application.
