 The Program Manager directs, controls, administers, and regulates an
enhancement or development program.

The Client is seeking a resource to manage the Enterprise Desk Top
projects. Our enterprise desktop team is responsible for creating group
policy, they are domain administrators for AD, creating and maintaining a
standard PC image for all operating systems and PC models, maintaining Air
watch on all mobile devices, support all mobile devices, support all
workstations.

The PM would work with this team to coordinate efforts such as upgrading
the VDI environment, upgrade the imaging solution to support new operating
systems, optimize usage of express metrics, and integrating windows 8.

The Program Manager directs, controls, administers, and regulates an
enhancement or development program.  The Program Manager is the individual
ultimately responsible. The Program Manager’s primary responsibility is to
drive the entire effort from start to finish. The Program Manager must
ensure that the program is completed on schedule and that the final product
meets the business, technical, and established quality requirements. The
difference between a PM1, PM2, PM3, and PM4 will depend on the size of the
project, and the scope of the project.

PM4
Years of Relevant Experience:
8 to 9 years
Preferred Education:
4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.
Role Description:
All roles specified in PM3 plus the following:
•Manages, coordinates, and establishes priorities for complete life-cycle
of projects including the planning, design, programming, testing, and
implementation of business solutions designed to meet requirements of
various departments in the company, such as distribution, finance, and
manufacturing.
•Designs project plans, which identify needs and define major tasks and
milestones, based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel.

technologies and methodologies  8 years required – customer service
oriented and strong team work skills  8 years required – experience in a
leadership role on a project  8 years required –excellent organizational,
detail oriented interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills
