The position is part analyst and part solutionist. In the analyst role, the Automation Analyst works with Manager, Data Operations to monitor automation operations, establish reporting on key performance indicators, and derive other metrics as business requires. In the solutionist role, the Automation Analyst uses his/her technical skill set to assist with and Client solutions for automation operations, content Client on boarding, content Client management, and ad hoc technical tasks to support business needs.
