I am *Ahmed from Sage Group Consulting, Inc*, Please find the job descriptions below and if you are interested and available for this position please *send me your updated resume* along with contact number. *Please send me resume to z <[email protected]>[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Title: **IVR Systems Developer* *Job Location: Fort Worth,Tx* *Contract: 6+ Months* *Rate: up to $60hr on c2c* *IVR Systems Developer:* *DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for developing viable and efficient technology solutions to complex business needs according to customer requirements, following BNSF development standards. • Support, analyze, develop, test, and implement Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Genesys Voice Platform (GVP) software application solutions using VoiceXML, JavaScript and the J2EE, on time, within budget. Synchronize with other technical teams to develop appropriate interfaces. • Coordinate customer acceptance testing and ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and ongoing communication. • Assist in the implementation of Hosted IVR solution using GVP. • Measure, assess, and improve quality and performance of IVR GVP applications. • Develop, implement, and test speech-recognition applications using XML. • Understand and adhere to the BNSF Technology Services Project Management Methodology. • Follow the BNSF Leadership Model and actively demonstrate commitment to the model. • Actively support team on common goals, and participate in high team performance. • Provide 24x7 application and customer support on a rotating basis. • Perform other special duties as assigned. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • 5 to 8 years Interactive Voice Response application development, preferably with Genesys Voice Platform (GVP). This should include development of speech recognition applications using VoiceXML, XML, XSL, GRXML grammars, Java Technologies. • 3 to 5 years of application development and support experience using the Java (J2EE) programming language, preferably for web, server, and thin client platforms. • 2 to 3 years of technical analysis and design using OO concepts and design patterns.
