*Position: SAAS Consultant (peoplesoft techno functional consultant)*

*Duration : 1 year*

*Location : Washington, DC *



*Job Description:*



*Required Skill sets – *

·            Expertise in PeopleSoft HR 8.9 or more

·            Expertise in PeopleTools 8.52 for Application Development and
Application Maintenance.

·            Expertise in Taleo Enterprise Edition and Taleo 7.5 including
configuring workflows for Requisitions and Candidates, Administration of
User Accounts and User Types, Customizing the Requisitions/Candidates forms

·            Experienced in Success Factors, SuccessFactory and its related
admin activities that includes managing proxies, routing/creation of forms,
granting access to requested objectives/forms, analyzing the reporting
options and assist the users in support activities

·            Experienced in using Taleo Connect Client, exporting data from
Taleo and importing from PeopleSoft to Taleo

·            Experienced in using Unix commands and running the SQR/shell
scripts

·            Familiarity with Business Analysis principles and terms, i.e.
use cases, business process diagrams, etc.

·            Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical
and non-technical audiences

·            Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, time
management, and organizational skills,
Attention to detail and consistent follow through are critical

·            Broad knowledge of systems and network hardware,
configuration, operations, and administration

·            Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge
and expertise to other resources

·            Proven project management skills

·            Proven ability to interact well with all levels of the
enterprise



*Expected and Valued Skill sets which will be an advantage – *

·            Certified in Oracle Taleo and PeopleSoft HR/PeopleTools



*Roles and Responsibilities – *

·            Responsible for all system integrations, upgrades and all
other enhancements within the Taleo Applicant Tracking System/
SuccessFactors and Vemo

·            Responsible for integration with PeopleSoft HR and handling
the developments and support activities

·            Acts as the primary contact for all system issues/errors, and
acts promptly to resolve the issue

·            Identifies and effectively translates business requirements
into configuration specifications to improve the overall experience for
users.

·            Develops and/or revises system configurations and processes.

·            Effectively communicates all process/system changes to the
appropriate audience(s) including the recruitment community and business
management

·            Develops training programs for users (e.g., recruiters, hiring
managers, HR) to ensure efficient use of the Taleo system.  Facilitates the
delivery of training as needed, or engages the appropriate parties.

·            Audits the data integrity of Taleo regularly, and maintains
error logs.

·            Manages job board accounts through Job Distributor tool and
tracks sources effectiveness via Taleo.

·            Interacts with Taleo client executive and/or product support
team to report/escalate system issues, for RFP's, and/or whenever necessary
to ensure the system is effectively meeting IMF  needs

·            Uses hardware and system software resources, and conforms to
appropriate standards.

·            Continually makes revisions to system templates including, but
not limited to, screening questions, job descriptions and all other
correspondence.

·            Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
