Provide 24x7 production support for Java based Web Applications following Incident management fundamentals. 2. Drive a technical team based on onshore-offshore model for incident resolution. 3. Provide accurate response and attention towards production issues as per the defined SLA’s. 4. Attend bridge call with for major issues and drive the team towards quick and accurate resolution. 5. Performing Root Cause Analysis and publish findings for notable incidents. 6. Coordinating and working closely with multiple teams to resolve production issues. 7. Troubleshooting unique issues with application team and follow problem management process if required.
