Position   : Project Manager – Integrated Solutions
Location  : St. Cloud MN or Minneapolis, MN
Duration  : 6-12 months

BASIC FUNCTION
The Project Manager – Integrated Solutions primarily manages large, complex
engagements with large national financial institutions with projects
lasting 3-12 months or longer in duration. This role manages multiple
engagements, works with minimal supervision and interfaces with matrixed
organizations, internally and externally, that require timely and effective
communication with stakeholder groups that include corporate executives.
Integrated solution engagements entail coordinating system integrations
with one or more third party systems and include managing multiple project
work streams involving content analysis and implementation, data
integration, system installation and content and system customization. The
Project Manager – Integrated Solutions will manage diverse,
remote teams that include legal resources, technical resources, and on and
off-shore third party contract resources. Specifically, the Project Manager
defines project scope and objectives; develops
detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and
status reports; conducts project meetings and is responsible for project
tracking and analysis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Management: Plans and executes projects; focuses on project
results and is accountable for meeting project objectives.
Manages project scope, schedule, and budget.
Creates and executes project plans and revises as appropriate to meet
changing needs.
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
Effectively applies Project Management Institute (PMI) or Scrum Master
based WKFS methodology.
Ensure project is meeting stakeholder needs.
Risk mitigation planning and execution.
Manages escalated support with project team.

2. Financial Management: Manages the project to meet budget expectations
and reports project metrics.
Manages project budget.
Reports project metrics; Margins/profitability, Resource utilization,
Service specific measurements

3. Customer Management: Manages day-to-day customer interactions, including
setting appropriate customer expectations and project-specific service
recovery.
Manages day-to-day customer interaction.
Sets and manages customer expectations.
Communicates effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate
alternative business solutions.
Service recovery on specific customer/project issues

4. Communication: Effectively communicates with team and stakeholders.
Facilitates team and customer meetings effectively.
Holds regular status meetings with project team.
Prepares and effectively communicates relevant project status information
to stakeholders.
Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.

5. Coaching/Mentoring. Working closely with resource managers, provides
performance evaluation input and performance improvement objectives; trains
and mentors team members.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelors Degree preferred in Business, Computer Science, BCIS, or
equivalent experience.
Experience:
5-7 project management experience or equivalent
Demonstrated leadership of successful project initiatives
Demonstrated consulting experience with a Professional Services
organization preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: (First list

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or working to obtain
certification in a timeframe agreed upon with your manager and/or Certified
Scrum Master

Teamwork: Motivates the team to work efficiently together and acknowledges
each team member’s contributions while celebrating team success.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Travel will be required to customer locations within
the United States. Travel requirements may be up to 50% during key portions
of the project.
