· 7 years of experience writing end-user documentation in a

environment.
· Command of English grammar and punctuation
· Highly developed writing and editing skills
· Willingness to follow departmental guidelines, the Microsoft
Manual of Style, and the Chicago
Manual of Style
· Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize
· Understanding of software development processes and methodology
· Experience working with engineering applications a plus
· Experience in Instructional Design a plus
· Foreign language (Spanish, French) a plus
