Please find the requirement details given below and revert back with your feedback about it. *Needed Profiles ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!* *Role: Metrics and Reporting Analyst* *Duration: 6 Months* *Location: Sunnyvale, CA* *Rate: $37/hr W2* *Look for Minitab* *Responsibilities:* • Execute assigned activities related to metrics and reporting deliverables (e.g., Weekly IT Systems availability Report, FY14 Goals and metrics) proactively and in a timely manner • Provide relevant metrics and data for operational review mechanisms such as MHR, Biz Review, as directed. • Support functional, process and Service owners, as needed, in measuring, tracking, analyzing and reporting metrics that help assess performance of the financial, operational and business dimensions (e.g., Capability-level Availability data analysis and reporting) • Support the implementation and administration of tools and solutions related to metrics (e.g., ITBM tools) • Provide requirements and hands-on involvement in automated metrics solutions, such as ETL-based data warehouse technologies • Ensure metrics' data accuracy and integrity • Maintain high standards of integrity, customer service and team work *Must Have:* - Strong understanding of, and at least 2 years of experience in, metrics and data analysis. Statistical analysis skills a must. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Advanced personal computer skills including: Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Visio. Experience with statistical analysis software such as *Minitab or R* a BIG plus. - Ability to work under time constraints and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. *Nice to Have:* - At least 1-2 years experience in an IT organization desired. - MS Access and/or related database experience. - Knowledge and experience in data warehouse technology Regards...
