Activities include: - ESTIMATION....Liaise with application managers and coordinate with offshore QA Leads to provide estimates for Production Support - REQUIREMENTS.... Review requirements to understand project scope for facilitation of artifact reviews with Production Support stakeholders - MASTER TEST PLAN.... Design and Conduct reviews of the Master Test Plan with Production Support stakeholders - TEST CASES... Facilitate review of Test cases with Project stakeholders - TEST DATA & ENVIRONMENTS... Ensure preparation of Test Environment and Test Data with Development Team - DELIVERY MANAGEMENT... Monitor testing activities and escalate any issues related to scope, schedule and cost - REPORTING ... Review test reports and escalate issues to appropriate parties - AUDIT/COMPLIANCE... Ensure all QA Artifacts and Approvals are in place for pre-deployment and post-deployment audits and respond to any failures -TOOLS SUPPORT AND TRAINING...Provision, onboard, and coordinate training for new testers. Demonstrates specific technological expertise in highly utilized application packages including but not limited to CRM (Salesforce), ERP (PeopleSoft), RPTG (Cognos)/ETL (DataStage), or other (PEGA, Sharepoint, PAM, Ariba, etc).
