Strong leadership communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a professional, diplomatic and tactful manner. 5 – 7 years of experience in developing and implementing large scale, complex, Highly Availability Infrastructure architecture supporting critical business applications. 3 years of experience with VMware vSphere (ESX) and vCenter. 3 years of experience with SAN and NAS Storage. 3 years of experience with Monitoring Tools. 3 Years of experience administering Windows Server and/or Red Hat Linux.
