This role prepares and monitors the processing of internal and external compensation, supporting schedules and reports. 10) Ability to perform financial compensation and data review/analysis, assists in preparation/completion of accounting and compensation month-end closings, and assists in financial compensation reporting. 11) Analyzes, audits, and validates production reports to ensure accuracy and eligibility for commission calculations. 12) Creation of standard commission calculation templates. Interpretation of compensation plans. Distribution of commission statements to the field. Provide explanation and clarification, and respond to any questions that may arise regarding commission calculations.
