Analysis includes user requirements as well technology requirements. · Ensure development projects are delivered properly to meet the requirements of both business and IT. · Build sound technical solutions to meet user requirements that consider system capacity, limitations and performance requirements · Ensure that software enhancements and system fixes meet intended business needs according to defined requirements · Maintain and follow established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies on all projects · Develop high level and detailed designs for assigned development initiatives · Assist in the planning and deployment of software releases · Inform manager and user community of progress, issues and concerns · We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications; · The candidate should have a strong knowledge of the Healthcare Industry with an understanding of the payer or provider role from both a technical and functional perspective.. · Excellent communication skills are necessary due to the interaction with end users and business sponsors. · The ability to develop and document functional requirements for analyzed business needs · Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience in the requirements area is required.
