*Client: Direct – Augusta, ME * *MAX -BR: Level 1: $38-40/h (5-7 Years)* * Level 2: $45-50/h (8+ years)* *Duration: 12 months (ext) * *REQUIREMENTS* · Must have experience leading major projects and initiatives (for Level 1 they do not have to have Lead exp) · Ability to obtain, synthesize and integrate a broad range of data (financial, utilization, health care and quality) from multiple sources for use in analytic/financial reporting. · Ability to utilize data and statistical analysis to test, challenge and defend assumptions. · Will define how best to prepare reports, analyses, and forecasts in support of clinical, operational and budgetary initiatives · Knowledge of large scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and/or health claims process applications and data warehouses. · Senior level knowledge of Regression and Trend Analysis · Data mining, Analytics, Statistics and database experience · Forecasting · Some management experience · Self-directed · Math major or 7+yrs · Needs to have Healthcare / insurance / exp in a hospital setting (ICD 8 /10 / CPT Codes) · Able to work on large datasets *SOFTWARE/DEVELOPMENT TOOLS/DATABASE SYSTEMS* · SQL or Oracle experience required · MS Excel experience required · MS Access experience preferred · Experience using any of the following software would be a plus: 1. SAAS 2. SPPS (IBM) 3. OBIS (Deloitte) 4.
