Cisco certifications: CCNA and/or CCNP required. Solid experience with LAN/WAN technologies and QOS design & implementation. Experience with capacity planning, security and best practices as they relate to VOIP and network technologies. Expert knowledge of the following voice technologies: Cisco UC, Call Manager, Unity, UCCX Scripting, SIP Trunks, Cisco IOS Voice Gateways, Mobility, Presence, QoS, WebEx and Tandberg IP Video. Extensive experience with CUCM, dial plans, call features, media resources Experience with Avaya Session Manager SIP routing and integration tool Solid knowledge of voice protocols such as SIP, H323, MGCP, SCCP. Current knowledge/understanding of SRST, MPLS, VPN, IPSEC and WAN.
