*Job Summary:*
• Team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Actively participates in the full lifecycle of the Salesforce.com
implementation for HR, from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Significant knowledge of Salesforce.com for case management, knowledge
base and portal implementations.
• Demonstrates functional, technical and professional knowledge to ensure
that the deliverables are of the highest caliber and meet stakeholder
expectations.
• Excellent analytical, de-bugging skills and documentation skills and
experience in providing production support
• Uses business analysis techniques to identify process improvements,
increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
• Conducts meetings with customers and captures minutes
• Applys a deep understanding of Human Resources as a business area and its
supporting technology to become a trusted advisor in HRIT. Specific
responsibilities include:
? Conduct and document requirements gathering sessions and create
traceability matrix to be used for testing
? Define “as is” and “to be” business processes. Create business process
flow charts or “swim lane” diagrams
? Create functional design and other SDLC documentation
? Construct summary and detailed views in Salesforce.com environments.
Provide guidance on workflow template development and data filtering
criteria. Ensure consistency of usage conventions, compliance with best
practices, and integrity of data. Provide oversight on mass data uploads.
? Experience in unit, system and regression testing as well as writing test
scripts. Lead test execution.
*Job Criteria:*
• Responsible for HRIT support for HR. Support includes day-to-day
operations and project work.
• Significant impact to direct operations of HR. Subject matter expert to
management on scope of work requests and projects.
• Complexity of problems span the spectrum from low level problem solving
to significant strategy related solutions. Significant ability to
prioritize and sequence work independently with ability to act decisively
with limited information.
• Significant knowledge of Salesforce.com for case management, knowledge
base and portal implementations. Significant knowledge of HR operations.
Experience with other Saleforce.com applications that can be utilized in a
HR Shared Service Model

*Education:*
Bachelor’s degree
*Minimum Experience Requirements:*
2+ years supporting HR from an IT perspective
2+ of Salesforce.com systems administration and/or Business Analysis
