The Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking qualified
candidates for the position of Business Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia.

The integrated Eligibility System (IES) is a time critical eligibility
automation initiative to comply with the provisions under the Affordable
Care Act (ACA) that is jointly implemented by Georgia Department of
Community Health (DCH) and Department of Human Services (DHS).

Job Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for interfacing with the business
unit to review requirements, lead JAD sessions, schedule meetings, prepare
test plans, and create system requirement documents for use by system
analyst to produce detail design documents for specific projects.  For
applications supported by DHS Office of Information Technology (OIT), the
Business Analyst current focus/workload includes the GA SHINES Application
transition to IES and the workload includes but not limited to:

Creating and maintaining the strategic partnership between Business needs
and Technology delivery in OIT

Developing business requirements and related business rules based on needs
of various Divisions and supported Agencies

Working closely with the business users and Applications Leads in the
definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of these
applications as it relates to OIT

Identifying requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as
data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition analysis

Soliciting requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing
systems documentation or procedures

Participate in daily stand-up meetings with both OIT and Business Partners
to facilitate the understanding, clarification, and implementation of
requirements

Meets with project team(s) regularly to review project deliverables and
deadlines

Provides single point of contact for assigned project

Required Qualifications

•Must have a Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Business Administration
or related technical field

•Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Project/Sharepoint Workspace
planning tool

•Must have excellent customer service skills with strong decision making
capabilities

•Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Must be able to think on their feet and have strong problem solving skills

•Self-starter and willing to work on their own

•Must be self-driven, and have great attitude, and must be a team player

Besides academic qualifications, it is essential to have some work
experience in business, communications, public relations, information
technology or software engineering

*Duration*: 8 months

*Job Desc:*

The Senior Network Security Administrator reports to the Director of
Network Technologies and is responsible for providing customer support and
expertise to properly maintain Information Technology systems and security
operations. Monitors application/systems software and hardware operations.
Manages routine/high priority system problem identification, and corrective
action. Position is the liaison to support users to identify unique and
common network security difficulties and to resolve them. Oversees systems
and network security administration to ensure compliance with electronic
and physical security procedures and standards. An overview of job
functions includes, but is not limited to the following:

•Develop and implement security policy and procedures throughout the
network infrastructure.

•Ensure that a system for issuing, protecting, changing and revoking
passwords is implemented as described in the Security Requirements document.

•Recommend, install, modify, or replace hardware/software component and
configuration change to maintain a highly secure environment.

•Assist in certification and accreditation activities. Oversee and enforce
security directives, orders, standards, plans and procedures of CCCS.

•Enforce the information security configurations across systems, and
monitor user access to ensure the integrity of the system.

•Maintain a high level of security compliance throughout all CCCS and
college technical systems in compliance with standards and procedures.

•Notify IT leadership of any security violations, viruses, or any other
event that may affect security.

•Assist in maintaining web support maintenance services for Intranets and
external websites.

•Maintain secure access for network switch, router, gateways, DMZ and VPNs
with audit logging.

•Provide leadership and/or work as a team member on various projects to
determine needs, set priorities, create plans, and schedules for system
implementation.

•Work independently to track projects, monitor progress, plan workload, and
provide status reports to project directors.

•Maintain current knowledge of advances in data administration, practices
and technology regarding changes in the academic environment.



*Position Requirements*

•This position requires a bachelor’s degree preferably in a technology
related field from an accredited college or university. Additional
technical experience above the required years will be accepted in lieu of
the degree.

•In addition to the degree, this position requires four years of experience
in a professional IT security position.(Please include details in your
resume that demonstrate you have the following requirements.)

•Experience configuring security for LAN, WAN, wireless systems, video
conferencing, large platform switches, layered routers and switches with
primary emphasis on Cisco products, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and other Protocols,
Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Devices, and secured transports.

•Experience working with management practices and principles relating to
computer and telecommunications security and the threats facing information
systems.

•Experience designing, installing, testing, troubleshooting, and securing
Linux, Windows, and Oracle software on a range of hardware platforms in a
broad scale environment.

•Experience developing system security plans, performing risk analyses,
conducting security test and evaluations, and developing and testing
contingency plans.

•Experience using public key infrastructure, firewalls, encryption
techniques, virus detection and intrusion detection systems to secure
enterprise information systems.

 Preferred Certification

•CISSP Certification



*Preferred Experience*

•Experience with Network Design and Engineering, Network Design and
Management Theory, and project management that includes balancing multiple
projects.

•Experience supporting 24×7 environments

•Experience working with Ellucian Banner, Cisco ACE, Cisco ACS, Cisco ISE,
NESSUS, Fireeye Mal/Ware appliances, and Exinda devices.

*Job Desc:*

The Information Technology Productivity Support Coordinator will support
the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities
DBHDD team members of the  Georgia Collaborative Team, made up of the
Assistant Chief of Staff, Chief Information Officer, Program Project
Director and Project Management Office. The individual selected for this
position will be a key liaison and valuable partner among members of this
team.  The position will be involved in supporting a wide variety of
projects, collecting and organizing information and data, scheduling and
organizing meeting and creating presentations and reports.  Advanced
information technology productivity skill competencies are required using
these tool sets:  1.  Building out SharePoint collaboration sites, Share
Point calendar maintenance and updating,  and defining document meta data
and workflows in SharePoint;  2.  Advanced PowerPoint presentation (help
team develop and refine presentation message – critical thinking / audience
consideration);  3.  Intermediate level Excel competencies;  4. Provide
hands on one on one training of these technology to members of the team who
need mentoring in these areas.  Individual needs to possess a “can do
spirit”,  be able to take initiative, and be able to facilitate scheduling
and re-scheduling meetings with members of the team and executive
leadership of department.



To be a good fit for this Information Technology Productivity Support
Coordinator opportunity the individual  will have:



•A bachelor’s degree or some college is preferred.

•A minimum of 5 years of executive level administrative support experience.
(experience with scheduling large meetings, obtaining rooms, and
coordinating working lunches,  insuring audio/visual equipment operational
for meetings, vendor invoice management)

•Proven project coordination experience.

•Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

•Demonstrated experience supporting a large department through
multi-tasking and managing work flow.

•Advanced skills with Microsoft productivity tools (WORD, EXCEL,
